Founding member support

Each of the 5 dedicated founding members receives £100 per week for personal spending and £100 per month towards scooter rental, alongside accommodation, healthy plant-based food and fitness training. Funded positions require substantial commitment to building AOC.

The £7,000 additional support allocation covers unexpected expenses such as medical emergencies, visas, relocation, emergency travel and essential personal needs.

Founder stability · £3,000

The founder has approximately £2,600 in existing personal debts. The £3,000 allocation is intended to repay these obligations, allowing for transaction fees and currency fluctuations. These are personal debts, not AOC operating expenses. Repayment will help the founder honour existing commitments and focus on building AOC. Private creditor details will not be published.

Accountability · planned oversight

Financial oversight arrangements are planned and have not yet been implemented. We plan to maintain financial records of contributions and spending, retain receipts and supporting documents, and share regular updates comparing actual spending with this preliminary budget.

Founder-related spending, including personal debt repayment, is planned to receive independent review. Review arrangements and responsibilities will be published once confirmed. We will explain material budget changes in campaign updates.

First-year objective

An operating system for 1,000 men.

By 1 January 2028, our objective is to build an operating system capable of supporting 1,000 men attending at least one weekly AOC brotherhood meeting. This is a goal we are working towards, not an outcome already achieved.

The first brotherhood call is 31 October 2026; the funded twelve-month year begins 1 January 2027.
